Polish Pete and Reza
Without knowing the terms of their loan deals, and let’s be honest Roland makes the rules, I can’t understand why they both haven’t been recalled.
Both players are ‘owned’ supposedly by Charlton, and with our utter lack of firepower, even Igor hasn’t scored for six games, surely it would make the utmost sense for Bob to have them in his training sessions to see if they could add something to his threadbare squad. The answer has to be yes, doesn’t it?
Reza played at the World Cup, and Parzyszek has 5 Poland U21 caps. Parzyszek is top scorer for sister club Sint-Truiden who are running away with the Belgium 2nd Division, likewise Ghoochannejhad is top scorer for Al Kuwait in their top division.
There is a strong argument that both those leagues are rubbish, but the question is would Karlan Ahearne Grant, Joe Pigott, Calum Harriott or bless him, George Tucudean be any better in the Belgium 2nd Division or the Kuwaiti Premier League?
We don’t know, but why an earth aren’t these two strikers made available to Peeters? Other clubs recall their loanees all the time, and perhaps within the terms of their loans they are unable to return, but really, with the smoke and mirrors that Roland operates in, surely we can get them back to SE7 to give us more options?
